As a pre-requisite for our service models, an initial visitation is required to bring your workstations up to date with all available patches, service releases, and other bug fixes available from Microsoft and other 3rd-party software vendors.  This procedure will definitely save you costly downtime, as it is an effective preventative measure against problems which could have been simply resolved with the latest service releases from the software vendors.  The entire process generally takes no longer than 45mins per workstation and allows our technicians to more efficiently service your workstations and server throughout the year, with minimized interruption to your staff.  This will be billable at your reduced hourly rate.


Customers adopting our one of Scheduled Maintenance Visitations benefit from regularly-scheduled visits, booked around a schedule that is convenient and consistent each period.  Additional labour required outside of your regular maintenance schedule is available at a special discounted price.

SERVER HEALTH INSPECTIONS

At each regularly-scheduled visitation, we will arrive at your site to inspect all server activity during the past period.

We give business owners peace of mind, by regularly inspecting your server:

• BACKUP

When your server is checked at regular intervals, we can advise when these key important elements become issues BEFORE they result in potential downtime.

We estimate approximately 1-hour per scheduled visitation.  As problems are detected, our technician will advise you and make any necessary adjustments to your server configuration (if possible) while on-site.

These necessary adjustments will be performed at your reduced hourly rate.

WORKSTATION HEALTH INSPECTIONS


For those clients that would like us to update and troubleshoot your network workstations, we will bring all workstations up to date with all available patches, service releases, and other bug fixes available from Microsoft and other 3rd-party software vendors.

Canadian I.S. recommends that our customers have their workstations updated and inspected on a regular basis to minimize on possible downtime.

When your workstations are checked at regular intervals, we can advise when any key important elements become issues BEFORE they result in potential downtime.

As any hardware or software problems are detected, our technician will advise you and make any necessary adjustments to your workstation configuration (if possible) while on-site.

These necessary adjustments will be performed at your reduced hourly rate.



*For scheduling purposes, we ask our clients to give us at least 48hrs notice prior to our regularly-scheduled visitation if known additional troubleshooting will be required during that visit.
